So, the story begins with ARIVU grandmother named " VALLIAMMAL". 200 years back when there was rule of British administration during that time our Tamil brothers and sisters were forced to sign up a contract as Tamil Nadu Laborer's to work in vicinity of sea, coconut, rubber planation in Ceylon city of  Srilanka.

but then Sirima -Shastri Pact  comes into existence on 30 October 1964 . This is also known as Indo-Ceylon Shastri Pact , an agreement signed between newly elected prime minister of India and Srilanka. Under this Pact 3 lakh Indian Tamil got Srilankan citizenship while, 5 lakh labors repatriated to India.

Valliammal (Arivu's grandmother) was one of the Tamil migrant worker who came back to India leaving behind her siblings & cousins. She came back dishearten and empty hands. But India was also overpopulated just like Srilanka back in time , there were no jobs, no land to work on.  




Valliamma & lacs of migrant workers faced the same problem to meets day end. They all have to work really hard , Valliammal then worked as "construction labor" and "painter" works when they did not get work in plantation field which they used to do in Srilanka as bond labors.

This song depicts the tragic situation of workers all over the world. Today also situation is almost same, our labors and farmers are still suffering . They don't have sufficient source of income, fertile land, no jobs, no government help and limited resources to survive on. They are forced to sell their corps at low price while labors forced to work on low wages and sometime they don't even have any work to do.


So, Arivu written a poem to describe the pain of her grandmother which is now published as "Enjoy Enjaami" song . A  song who is remixed by Dj Snake and sung by "Dhee" . Till now it is watched by approx 280 million times which is a record by itself and "Enjoy Enjaami" song also got featured on "Times Square Billboard " and become first ever Independent Tamilian song to get featured there which is a proud moment for all Indians and our Tamil brothers.
